Since the start we have been about the natural artisanal approach to produce, so when we ventured into coffee territory, we felt drawn to roasting our own coffee.We enlisted the help of Paul and Shane and pretty much got to work straight away. As ever, we went into the unknown head-first with nothing but passion and a blind faith that things would work out. We visited roasteries and coffee shops around Europe and North America learning ninja roasting skills and after some time we managed to turn our dream into reality, today we roast our own.

Our roasts are seasonal and guarantee the variety of flavor found in coffees from all around the world. We source beans from around the world and choose the best available each season so that we can bring you consistently great tasting coffee. Our coffee is made on our Astoria espresso machine and served with a range of organic dairy milk or non-dairy alternatives including almond, rice and oat milk.
