Ever since we embarked on our health food journey we’ve been picking up tips and tricks along the way. A couple of years back we met April Danann, the ‘Queen of Fermentation’ and we learned more about fermentation that we could have imagined!
 

From there, we began our fermentation exploration. We now produce a range that includes Kombucha, Kimchi, and Sauerkraut, all of which are as tasty as they are healthy!
