  • Stretch & Breathe with Dave 7am IST.  Join Dave for a 20 minute stretch and gentle breath session to release the body’s ‘feel good’ chemicals and kickstart your day. Add to Calendar
  • Wind down with Raj Singh, 9pm IST – 20 minute breathwork and meditation to wind down for the day.  Add to Calendar

Wednesday 30th November

  • Gentle Yoga with Alanna – 7am-7.20am IST – Relax your mind and body and soothe your nervous system with this lovely wholesome restorative yoga class.  Suitable for beginners.  Add to Calendar.

Thursday 1st December

Sunday 24th December

  • Accountability Workshop – Sunday 3.00pm-3.45pm IST. – Our weekly support and accountability session. If you want more support and accountability in eating better or moving more or prioritising sleep etc. then please join this session. It’s peer to peer so do come prepared to meet others in our community via our breakout rooms. Add to Calendar.

  • Sunday Slow Down with Liz Moreton – Sunday 8.30pm-9pm IST  – This session will begin with breathwork to land and soothe the nervous system, and a meditation to unwind and let go, allowing the body to recover from the day and rest deeply. Perfect for before sleep, or to restore the mind and body throughout the day. Add to Calendar.
