In this recipe, we've taken all the best bits of the lasagna and put it in a burger for you!Sticky BBQ Mushroom Rib BurgerThis sticky BBQ sauce is addictive and would be great on so many dishes and veg. Here we have tossed meaty king oyster mushroom in bbq sauce in our version of a vegan rib sandwich served on a toasted bun with mayo and pickles! Enjoy!Spaghetti CarbonaraSpaghetti Carbonara! This dish was traditionally used to feed Italian coal miners to refuel after a hard days work! Normally carbonara is made with 4 ingredients - pasta, pasta water, cheese, and pancetta, we came up with a #vegan version using the same principals. Vegan Egg McMuffinAlthough we have never actually eaten a real Egg McMuffin we still had great fun trying to recreate this well known fast food brekkie. Our vegan version looks so like the real thing, tastes great and is made with vegan sausage and tofu eggs. This is a great weekend brunch treat that will be a hit with everyone and a great breakfast on the go.Creamy Curry SauceBe prepared for some soul food, this dish ticks all the boxes! It's packed with veg, is easy to make and it's packed with flavour - it's also a great one if you're a fan of meal prep as it keeps well and is suitable for home freezing!Crispy Teriyaki Tofu with Chinese Pancake and Plum SauceWe're really proud of this one. This is a taste explosion. Crispy Fried Teriyaki Tofu with Plum sauce and Chinese pancakes, it's a mouth full in more ways than one. Its an amazing combination of flavours and textures. Really easy to prep and make a few days in a row, the sauces will last well over a week in the fridge.
