We're had great feedback and distils our 14 years experience as vegan chefs, it can be done from anywhere in the world at your own pace.
Flourless Chocolate Ganache CakeThis is a lovely simple take on on a classic chocolate ganache cake, it’s rich, it’s indulgent and it just tastes like more! When we were trialling the recipe we took 2 versions down to the beach to see which people preferred (post morning swim at sunrise ritual) and all our swimming friends loved them! Both went down a treat so this recipe is the culmination of about 4 trials - its quick to make and really delivers on taste and flavour. Please note the video recipe is another adaptation of the written recipe.

Autumn fruit 3 waysWe're well and truly into Autumn and one of the silver linings of saying goodbye to summer and hello to the chillier evenings is the abundance of seasonal fruit. Here we celebrate the best of Autumn fruit with pears, apples and blackberries, and mixed them up into 3 different desserts… First up is the traditional fruit filled Austrian Strudel with layers of flaky filo pastry and almonds, the next is a delicious crumble and finally a Galette, which is a simple flat rustic tart, from the Norman word meaning a flat cake, our version here is a simple open tart with a lovely shortcrust pastry crust.
Happy Heart PancakesThese are a great one for the weekend or when you have a little more time. These are best made small, as if they are too large they can be hard to flip. The batter lasts for 3 days in the fridge so can be pre-made the night before.

These beauties are super tasty, take 30 mins to make, and you'll get 12. they work fantastic for breakfast or a snack and will store in an airtight container for about a week. Vegan Banoffee PieOur take on the traditional banana and toffee cream pie! Our version needs no baking, it’s raw, dairy-free, gluten-free and refined-sugar-free! This is a seriously indulgent dessert but no need for any guilt after you serve yourself up an extra big slice!
Vegan Milky Way BarsWe spent a lot of time testing these bars and found our favourite recipe. This vegan milky bar is almost like an ice cream version, served best chilled and so delicious! Sorry we don’t have a written recipe for this!
