This Stir-Fry is a really easy dinner option and is sure to satisfy food cravings and keep you on the straight-and-narrow r.e. the aul’ New Years resolution! P.s.   • Dressing

    3 cloves garlic

    Thumb sized piece fresh ginger

    2 tbsp tahini

    4 tbsp tamari

    100ml orange juice


  • Stir-Fry Veg

    4 scallions

    1/2 red chilli

    150g mushrooms (we love oyster)

    1 red pepper

    1 courgette

    Handful sugarsnap peas

    100g whole meal couscous


  • For the sauce: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth
  • Chop up all your veg into bite size pieces and fry in the sauce for 5 mins
