Pasta Aglio e Olio

If you love pasta or garlic you’ve just hit the jackpot. This recipe is all you’ll need in life. Vegan Aglio e Olio


  • 200g wholewheat noodles
  • 6 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • chopped flat parsley, chilli flakes, vegan cheese and pink peppercorns to garnish


  • Cook your pasta according to the instructions on the packet
  • Add the oil to a pan on a high heat and add in the chopped garlic
  • Turn down the heat once it starts to bubble and cook until the garlic turns golden
  • Add your pasta with some of the pasta water and take it off the heat
  • Add in the parsley, season with salt and garnish with chilli flakes and peppercorns
