 200 g wholewheat noodles
 6 cloves of chopped garlic
 6 tbsp olive oil
 1 pinch of salt
 chopped flat parsley
 chilli flakes
 vegan cheese
 pink peppercorns to garnish

Cook your pasta according to the instructions on the packet

Add the oil to a pan on a high heat and add in the chopped garlic

Turn down the heat once it starts to bubble and cook until the garlic turns golden

Add your pasta with some of the pasta water and take it off the heat

Add in the parsley, season with salt and garnish with chilli flakes and peppercorns
