We spent a few days with two of the most beautiful people we’ve ever met recently, Julie Piatt and Rich Roll took the trip to Ireland and along the way they shared some of their delicious recipes from their book, plant powered way. This blue smoothie, deep blue sea, really caught our eye. It’s so delicious, give it a try.

  of a Pineapple (skinned and cored)
 1 frozen banana
 100 g desiccated coconut
 1 tsp Spirulina
 500 ml Coconut Water
