Another amazing 5 minute dinner recipe! In this video, we make a super healthy and satisfying dish – we steam fry kale to make our ULTIMATE vegan pizza. This delicious meal is quick & easy and can easily adjusted to use whatever toppings your into. Enjoy!

The Happy Pear Vegan Pizza

 Wholemeal Pitta breads
 3 handfuls of Kale (de-ribbed aka removed from the vein)
 2 tbsp olive oil
 2 cloves of garlic
 Pinch of salt
 Tomato Pesto/Tomato Puree
 Avocado (optional)
 Vegan Cheese (optional)

Pop your pittas bread into the toaster.


Put your frying pan on a high heat and add olive oil.


Finely chop garlic and ginger, add to the pan and fry for a minute and a half.


Once the garlic starts to brown, turn the heat down to medium, add the kale to the pan, along with a pinch of salt and cook for one minute.


When the toast is done, spread with tomato puree, Happy Pear sundried tomato pesto or tomato sauce of your choice.


Top with the fried kale, avocado and cheese (optional)
