By following a simple framework you can reduce food waste and always have a tasty dinner on the table!
The framework is made up of –
- 10% base veg (e.g. garlic, ginger, chilli or scallions),
- 25% fast cooking veg (e.g. oyster mushrooms, peppers, courgettes),
- 25% sauce (e.g. tomatoes, coconut milk, veg stock or nut butters),
- 25% beans, lentils or legumes and the rest is made up of the flavour agents (spices…).
