Learn the language of food and get freedom in the kitchen – Part II

We’re on a mission to help people learn how to cook, not just follow a recipe kind of cooking, we want to equip you with the skills to be that person who can put together a bowl of deliciousness with whatever you have left in the fridge!

By following a simple framework you can reduce food waste and always have a tasty dinner on the table!

The framework is made up of –

  • 10% base veg (e.g. garlic, ginger, chilli or scallions),
  • 25% fast cooking veg (e.g. oyster mushrooms, peppers, courgettes),
  • 25% sauce (e.g. tomatoes, coconut milk, veg stock or nut butters),
  • 25% beans, lentils or legumes and the rest is made up of the flavour agents (spices…).
