Air Fryer Chocolate Nut Bark


This air fryer chocolate bark is one of the easiest sweet treats you can make. Crunchy roasted nuts and seeds with melted dark chocolate on top, it’s ready in minutes and perfect for a quick snack or dessert.

Takes 30 minutes

Serves 8

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g mixed nuts and seeds e.g. almonds, cashews, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds
  • 160 g dark chocolate 2 × 80g bars

Instructions
 

Prepare the base

  • Line a small air fryer tray or basket with parchment paper.

Add the nuts

  • Spread the mixed nuts and seeds in an even layer on the parchment.

Add the chocolate

  • Break the dark chocolate into pieces and place them evenly over the nuts.

Air fry

  • Cook at 180°C for 5 minutes, until the chocolate melts over the nuts.

Set the bark

  • Carefully remove from the air fryer and allow it to cool and set completely (you can place it in the fridge to speed this up).

Break into pieces

  • Once firm, break or chop into bark-style pieces.

Storage

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
