Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • ½ cup unsweetened plant milk
  • ½ cup thick plant-based yogurt
  • ½ cup water
  • Optional sweetness: 1–2 soft dates or 1 tsp maple syrup
  • Optional flavour boost: ½ tsp cinnamon or vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add everything to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until thick, creamy, and smooth.
  • Adjust thickness with a splash more water or plant milk.
  • Taste and tweak sweetness if needed.
