How long is the challenge?
The Happy Heart Challenge runs for four weeks and starts on Monday 9 February.
How long do I get access for?
You get three months full access to The Happy Pear app, including courses, recipes, movement, community and replays.
Do I need to be fully plant-based?
No. The challenge is plant-forward and flexible. Whether you are fully plant-based or just looking to eat more plants, you will be supported.
How much time do I need each week?
Most people spend around 20 to 30 minutes a day cooking and engaging, with optional live events.
What happens after the four weeks?
You can continue using everything inside the app for the rest of your three months access. Many people use this time to deepen habits and revisit content.
The Happy Heart Challenge is your chance to support your heart health, boost energy and feel more confident in your everyday choices.
You do not need perfection.
You just need simple food, small steps and a supportive community.
Join us on Monday 9 February and make heart-healthy living easier, more enjoyable and more sustainable.
Start together. Finish together.
