We’re proud to introduce The Happy Pear Supper Club!
Every 2 weeks we will run an evening in our Greystones restaurant to show how incredibly tasty plant-based food can be. The goal of the evening is to serve beautiful food in a relaxed, casual manner that brings people together.
Each month there are only a limited number of places so book early to avoid disappointment. For each Supper Club there is a theme-based set menu and one service time.
Caribbean food has always fascinated us, bright colours, strong flavours and some of our favourite tropical fruit!
Arnie our wonderful Head Chef is from the Philippines and he has always had a huge appreciation and love for Caribbean cooking.
The goal of this evening is to celebrate the wonderful produce that will be coming from our new organic and regenerative farm based in Kilcoole, just 5 minutes from the shop, cafe & bakery here in Greystones.
Right now on the cusp of Autumn, we have a bounty of pumpkins, broccoli, chard, beef tomatoes, courgettes, cucumbers, beetroot, french beans and basil. It’ll be Arnie’s mission to fuse these locally Irish grown vegetables into exciting and authentic Caribbean flavours…
The Supper Club will be a 3 course meal with tea and coffee served upstairs in our newly decorated cafe.
