Dave and Steve invite you to join them for an informal banquet of exciting plant-based dishes which they will be cooking with the help of chef-extraordinaire, Doug McMaster!

Doug is the owner & head chef of Brighton-based restaurant, Silo, and has also cooked in some of the UK and Europe’s best restaurants including St. John and Noma. Dave and Steve recently had one of their best meals ever in Silo, and love how it was created from a desire to innovate the food industry whilst demonstrating respect for the environment.

The evening will include a short Q&A after dinner with Dave, Steve and Doug discussing his amazing restaurant (which is one of the first zero waste restaurants in the world). This will be a gorgeous event for anyone interested in food innovation and how we can do so in an eco-friendly way! Please note, numbers are limited to 40 people so please book your spot early to avoid disappointment.
