We teamed up with the wonderful Timothy Shieff, World Parcour champ and vegan athlete to make a yummy homemade spring greens pesto, a great variant for a regular basil pesto. Wonderfully tasty and pairs great with almost anything! This Recipe feeds between 4-6 people and is guaranteed to please! Sorry we don’t have a written recipe for this!
