Roast peanuts for 15 mins 180 degrees c, take out and roughly chop
Peel and finely slice the garlic into thin slices.
Add the garlic to oil while cold and heat on medium to high heat till garlic is lightly golden and crispy if you over cook the garlic it will go bitter so just be careful to stop it cooking before it goes golden)In a medium bowl mix the guacugaru/ smoked paprika & chilli, with the coconut sugar, salt and mix well.
Use a sieve to catch garlic while pouring the hot oil over the sugar, salt spice mix and mix well.Roughly chop the crispy garlic.
Stir in the roughly chopped peanuts, crispy garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil and tamari/ soy sauce and mix well Season with salt and pepper to taste.
