Our Shepherdless Pie is a comforting and tasty veg and potato pie, made with fresh vegetables and lentils in a rich tomato sauce, topped with a creamy potato mash and a crispy polenta crumb. We wanted to make a version that families could love also so we created this 1kg version and we really do hope you enjoy it. We find it deliciously comforting and love that it is low in fat.
