Who is Whole Health for?
Whole Health is for anyone who wants to improve everyday health in a realistic and supportive way. Many members join to boost energy, improve digestion, manage stress, sleep better, eat healthier or build habits that last.
What is included in the membership?
Your membership includes Recipe Club (1000 plus recipes), expert led courses, 8 plus live events each month, guided yoga and movement sessions, breathwork and meditation practices, community challenges, accountability tools and support from our private community.
Do I need to be plant based?
No. Whole Health supports a more plant focused lifestyle, but you do not need to follow a plant based diet to join. Many members simply want to add more plants to their routine or improve digestion and energy through food.
How much time do I need?
Whole Health is designed to fit around busy schedules. Courses and lessons are short, and movement sessions can be done in 10 to 20 minutes. Live events are optional and many can be watched back later.
How quickly will I notice benefits?

Can Whole Health help with digestion, stress, sleep or energy?

Do I need equipment?
No equipment is required for most movement, breathwork or yoga sessions. Everything can be done at home with a small amount of space.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes. You can start with simple recipes, beginner friendly lessons or short movement sessions and build from there. Whole Health supports starting small and progressing at your own pace.
How do the live events work?
Members can join through the app or web. Events include expert Q and A sessions, cookalongs, yoga classes and community check ins. If you miss a session, many are recorded so you can watch later.
How is Whole Health different from Recipe Club?
Recipe Club focuses on recipes. Whole Health includes everything in Recipe Club plus courses, live events, challenges, community and accountability tools. If you want support and structure beyond recipes, Whole Health is the better fit.
I already have Recipe Club. Should I upgrade?
If you want guidance, community and expert support alongside recipes, upgrading to Whole Health is recommended. Many members start with Recipe Club and move to Whole Health once they want more structure and consistency.
What if I fall behind?
That is completely normal. Whole Health is built around long term habits, not perfection. You can return to challenges, attend live check ins, or focus on one area at a time.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel anytime directly from your account. Monthly plans renew each month unless you update your settings. Annual plans give you 12 months of access at the best value price.
