Dandelion leaves are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, and can help support digestion, liver health, and radiant skin. Cleaver, also known as stickyback weed or goosegrass, is packed with nutrients and detoxifying properties, helps support skin health, aids digestion, and promotes overall well-being. Wild Nettle & Weed Juice


Wild or foraged greens typically are packed with different nutrients and have higher antioxidants than cultivated greens as they grow in more hostile environments where they are literaly fighting for their survival! Use which ever wild edible greens you can find!

Takes 10 minutes

Serves 3

Ingredients
 

  • 3 large handfuls of weeds of choice we’ve used dandelion leaves, wild stinging nettles & cleaver
  • 3 apples
  • Juice ½ lemon
  • 4 stalks of celery

Instructions
 

  • Give your foraged greens a good wash and soak.
  • Add all ingredients into the hopper of your juicer and juice.
  • Add more apples if you want a sweeter juice
  • Enjoy this powerhouse of juice!
