This tastes like an indulgent breakfast but is actually quite healthy, Steves's kids adored this one and thought it was properly a dessert! These are perfect for back-to-school season or when you just want a sweet treat that’s also nutritious. Serves 2
Ingredients
Overnight Oat Mix:
50goat flakes½ cup
1.5tbspcocoa powder
1tbspalmond butter or nut butter of choice
100mloat milk⅓ cup
1tspvanilla extract
1-2tbspmaple syrup
Pinchof salt
Garnish:
To serve: 200g coconut yoghurt or yoghurt of choice¾ – 1 cup
To garnish: 2 tbsp chocolate chips or cocoa nibs
Instructions
Combine all the overnight oat mix together in a bowl and whisk it together with a fork.
Leave to sit for 20 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
Divide the mix in 2 between 2 glasses leaving half of them free for the yoghurt.
Divide the yoghurt between the 2 glasses and smooth it out.
