Thank you for this delicious vegan healthier chocolate caramel tart recipe!! I made it for a party and everyone loved it!
Absolutely delicious! Great for people who claim to not like anything too sweet. Made this with tahini instead of peanut butter, and we all raved about it, kids and adults! Even the person who was not supposed to be told it was a vegan dessert said it was excellent 🙂
Hi, what can I use instead of coconut oil?
The calories mentioned are per serving?
I made it, and everybody loved it, but the crust was too moist and didn’t seem like a seperate layer, my dates were seemed quite a bit softer, than the ones you use in the video, as far as I can see, maybe that’s the reason. Next time I will use less dates and maybe no oil in the crust or more nuts. Anyone with similar experiences?
Thanks a lot for many good recepies. Found you guys just recently. Have tried quite a few recepies already with success and ordered one of your cookbooks
Very very good recipe, tastes delicious.
Just a small warning : if you use a tin with a smaller diameter, it will work, but you have to use less chocolate for the top (otherwise it will be hard to cut and it will be too much chocolate).
Can I freeze this cake?
My wife and I have made this recipe half a dozen times now and it turns out perfectly every time. Don’t lose faith in your caramel it will come together! Keep whipping it!
